DEPOSIT INFORMATION

A $500 deposit is required upon booking to reserve your spot.

50% of your remaining balance will be automatically charged 45 days prior to the arrival date using your card on file. Your final 50% payment will be automatically charged 15 days prior to the arrival date using your card on file. By confirming your deposit, you agree to the terms & conditions and authorize Seeking Sacred Journeys to charge your credit card on the respective dates listed above.

We know it has been a difficult year, and more than anything we want all of you to be able to experience this mystical healing journey. If the 50/50 payment plan is not ideal for where you are, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to work with you.

REFUND POLICY

IN THE EVENT THAT WE HAVE TO CANCEL THE RETREAT DUE TO COVID-19 TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS OR CONCERNS:

If this happens (and we are holding space for only the highest and greatest good to unfold) but if it happens, We will refund you 100% of every penny you have paid to us

Apply your full deposit to a future retreat of your choosing

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITH US FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN COVID-19:

Through July 19, 2021

If you cancel your reservation on or before July 19, 2021, we will refund 100% of your deposit and any monies paid, less a $500 cancelation fee, and any non-refundable expenses incurred in your behalf i.e., tickets, guides, hotel rooms etc.. You may also apply the remainder to a future retreat of your choosing. 

After July 19, 2021

Any cancellations made after July 19, 2021 are non-refundable, but can be applied as a credit to future trips less a $500 cancellation fee, and any non-refundable expenses incurred in your behalf i.e., tickets, guides, hotel rooms etc..
